Today we have written questions for the main characters in our text. We have thought about what has happened already in the story and what we have learnt about the characters to inform our ideas.

We researched how some materials are recycled.
Chronology
We looked at the features of a historic timeline. We know that mining (our current unit) happened after the Roman Empire and Anglo-Saxons (our previous units).

We build character by adding drama and emotion to dance.
Classification
We know animals can be grouped. We grouped: mammals, fish, amphibians, reptiles, insects, birds and vertebrates/invertebrates.
Evaluating predictions
We used a Venn diagram which organised our predictions about the cover and the blurb. We know which predictions are likely to be most accurate.
Tennis lesson 2
We have continued our work on our forehand technique. We have looked at how use the forehand to hit the ball over the net. Today we tried to hit the ball into space to score a point.
