We are learning to explore and respond to a stimulus through different tasks. In our first water themed dance lesson we explored different ways to move like water. Y2BC worked in pairs to perform to a beat after learning our paired movements.

I Opened a Book by Julia Donaldson
Y2BC have enjoyed learning and performing their poem of the half term for Spring 1. We learnt some new vocabulary and discussed how different books have had an impact on us.

To apply champion gymnastics to create our own sequence. We began with a balance, added three movements and finished with a balance along a zigzag pathway.

We have explored different ways to represent the fact 4x10 using a range of manipulatives.
Adjacent multiples
We are exploring adjacent multiples of 10. We know the previous means the number before and next means the number after. Our partner chose a multiple of 10 and we had to the adjacent multiples.
