We have learned all about the importance of Remembrance Day and the significance of poppies. We then made some of our own poppies and listened to the book ‘Lest we forget’.

Today we have researched the sugar content of some of our favourite snacks. We were shocked by how much of our daily sugar allowance is found in some of these.

We worked collaboratively to explore different matching shapes and linked fluently together in a sequence with unison and cannon. We enjoyed observing and feeding back our evaluations to further improve.

For Black History Month, we learnt all about Mae Jemison. We had lots of questions about her determination to go to space!
