We looked at the cardiovascular system and performed cardio circuits to develop our aerobic fitness.  

  We consolidated defending and applied defending tactics in game situations.

We looked at understanding the meaning of flexibility and performed a flexibility circuit to develop our own flexibility.

We consolidated our defending tactics and decision making in game scenarios.

We also completed a strength circuit.  

Revisiting key rules whilst considering the fundamentals of dribbling and shooting.

We combined the dodging techniques we have learned over the last 6 weeks to play a game of Powerball. We can understand the rules of the game and where and when we need to avoid being tagged by the attacker.

Having discussed what worked well and what we need to improve from last week's games, Y3 Jemison changed teams and focused on good communication, consolidating their chest pass and ensure the correct space was given in between their teammates. [gallery...
