We placed periods of history which we have previously learned on a timeline. Then, we placed key events from our current key period in history- the Roman Empire.
Enjoying stories
We explored new rich vocabulary to describe feelings: ravenous, wintry, fortunate and hopeful. We underlined evidence from Charlie and the chocolate factory to show when Charlie would experience these feelings.
