We showed we could move like a champion gymnast by creating different movement exploring zig-zag pathways.

We identified the emotions of the characters and ranked them in order of who Duncan should speak to first and why, and which character could wait until last.

We have started our new topic of learning based around the story ' '. We explored and discussed the story and then matched the crayons to their feelings.

We used our dribbling skills to dodge the attackers and chest passed the ball to our team members.

Today we aimed to pass the ball towards the target with control. We know we need to concentrate and look at our partner when passing the ball.
The seven continents
We have learnt about how the earth is split up. We learnt the names of the seven continents and then tried to recreate the world map with the continents as our jigsaw pieces!
Melted Snowman Buns
We made some delicious fairy cakes which we decorated to look like melted snowmen. We used runny icing, white marshmallows and icing pens. We also added some edible glitter for a sparkly finish!
Writing on the lines!
We are working really hard to use the lines in our books for our beautiful writing.
Touch typing
We are working really hard to use the correct fingers on our bottom row keys when typing. Our accuracy percentages are on the way up!

We have explored impressionist art using 2Create a Picture. We created a background based in nature.
Adding two digit and single digit numbers
We used dienes to explore adding two digit and single digit numbers. We looked at what happens when we add 5 to a two-digit number ending in 3. We know the answer will end in 8!
Q3 – Islam
We learnt about how Muslims show kindness in their communities. We looked at a special story called 'The Prophet and the Hungry Stranger' and discussed what lesson Muslims learn from this.
Q3 – Buddhism
We have learnt about how Buddhists show care and kindness for their community. We then learnt about Bhikkhus and Bhikkhunis. We learnt about their daily life and created a daily diary to show the activities they complete. [gallery type="rectangular"...
Bullying
We have reviewed our learning on bullying by answering DeeDee's questions. We thought about how we can be kind, how we can help someone who is being bullied and who we can talk to about any problems.
