We have learnt that plants adapt to their environments too! We know that the roots of a cactus stay close to the surface so they can absorb any water quickly and we know that pine trees have thick bark to protect them\u00a0from the cold. We used this knowledge to design our own plant that would grow in the jungle – we thought about how they would be adapted to this environment.<\/div>\n
