The Sea Lions were inspired by the style of Nerys Levy. They learnt about what inspired her and why she paints in the style she does by looking at ‘Vanishing Ice’ paintings. It was interesting to think about why she didn’t have long to paint in antarctica! The children then used the style of oil pastel and watercolour paints to create their seasonal calendars. The outcomes were fantastic!
