Bread and Butter Pudding & Anzac Cookies

For bread and butter pudding, we learned how to make good use of stale bread and dried fruit. The Anzac cookies were inspired by Anzac biscuits which have long been associated with the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps established in World War I.
