Deputy Headteacher

Commencing September 2017 or sooner if possible

Permanent Full time

(Leadership point 8 – 12)

 

We are seeking to appoint a person who has a proven track record of successful leadership and will actively support the strategic direction of the school with the HT and AHT.

This is a non-teaching position with the following responsibilities: Inclusion Leader, SENDCo, Designated Safeguarding Lead (with support) and Assessment Lead.

  • Has a proven record of excellence as a class teacher across the primary age range
  • Has a record of success in middle or senior management of raising standards and implementing new initiatives

  • Has already, or would be willing to undertake, the National Award for Special Needs Co-ordination
