Our classroom smelled like a Greek Taverna as we used our claw and bridge knife skills to chop up a treat. Our Feta Salad was made using fresh tomatoes, onions, olives and cucumber. We even used handpicked mint from the Birkwood Primary school garden as a tasty garnish. Our tastebuds were delighted with the results! Why not try this at home?
