Greek Pottery

As our topic has been the Ancient Greeks this half term, we decided to design and create our own pots in the style of the Ancient Greeks. We made each pot by hand and added some Greek patterns to make them look authentic. We are very pleased with the results!

What a show! It was clear to see that Year 5 have enjoyed learning about the Titanic and that they have remembered lots of information about how the ship was made, who travelled on board, who made up the crew and how the Titanic sank. The children spoke clearly and sang a beautiful song from Liverpool that Mrs. Allen enjoyed joining in with. The children then entertained their audience with a song from their music lessons this term – Livin’ on a Prayer by Bon Jovi. It was a ‘rocking’ display that the whole school enjoyed.
