The Birkwood Community, led by the School Council, have again proved tremendously generous in fund raising for the 2011 Children In Need Appeal! Presently, our total exceeds £800 – a fabulous effort. The children looked amazing and all enjoyed the afternoon Fayre, organised by our Councillors with the help of Mrs Taylor and Mrs Gough in particular. The total is still rising as the Kes photograph, kindly donated by the Becketts has yet to be raffled. This will take place on Friday 24th November and raffle tickets priced at £1 are available right up until the 2:45 Assembly draw! Here are some of the photos of the day, including Mrs Allen’s BBC Radio Sheffield Live Appearance! Thanks again to everyone. This most wonderful cause has benefitted enormously!
